A brand new free seminar programme is set to add a vibrant atmosphere at this year’s new look Meatup exhibition, the only exhibition specifically dedicated to the meat industry.
The presentations will address both the challenges and opportunities facing those who work in the UK meat industry and provide ideas, solutions and insight.

Packaging, testing, ethics, food fraud, food safety and product development are amongst many other stimulating presentations across the two day show. In 2015, Meatup joins forces with the new Food Science & Technology Show which will add value to the visitor experience.

Taking place in two seminar theatres, sponsored by Elektron Technology Plc, the seminars are FREE to visitors who will also have opportunity to see a number of national competitions including The Premier Young Butcher 2015.
