BRF Invicta Ltd acquires Universal Meats (UK) Ltd
Global food company, BRF Invicta Ltd, has announced the acquisition of Universal Meats (UK) Ltd.
Formed in 1989, Universal Meats specialises in importing and exporting meat and meat products.
BRF has stated that the acquisition is in line with its strategic plan of globalisation by means of reaching local markets, strengthening BRF’s brands and distributing and expanding its product portfolio around the globe.
The acquisition will also see BRF improving both its service offering and presence in the UK market.
