Eight pork processors to produce dead weight average pig price

The BPEX board has, after some discussion, agreed that the dead weight average pig price (DAPP) will be expanded to cover a broader range of the pig market. As a result information from 15 sites covered by 8 pork processors will produce the DAPP.
