The clock is ticking down for sausage makers to get their entries into the British Sausage Week competition.

Entries have been rolling in from butchers, retailers and branded manufacturers but there is still time for YOUR sausages to be discovered as one of the nation’s best!

So if you’ve got the best Traditional Pork Sausage or an exciting New Pork Sausage Discovery this is an opportunity to get the recognition and publicity you deserve!

It’s free to take part and entries can be made online at www.bpexentries.co.uk/sausages up until 30 August. Alternatively, entry forms and terms and conditions can be downloaded from http://porkforbutchers.bpex.org.uk or requested from sausageenquiries@bpex.ahdb.org.uk

Finalists will be invited to a prestigious presentation event in London just before the start of British Sausage Week.
