Meatup blog provides taste of what’s to come

With Meatup and the Food Science & Technology Show (FSTS) opening their doors on 30th June and 1st July at the National Agricultural Exhibition Centre, Stoneleigh the latest Meatup blog looks at what some of the exhibitors have planned, to give you a flavour of what to expect.

Master butcher and celebrity, Marco Peerdeman will be on the Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association stand, along with a TFTA producer, providing cooked samples from its traditional farm fresh turkey, as produced to the Golden Turkey Quality Assurance standard.

Visitors are invited to beat the buzzer, win champagne and learn about foodservice for bacon with A1 Bacon. The Walter Smith Employer Leadership Project will have expert advice available throughout the show on the Project’s training and investment opportunities. Employers can be assessed on the spot alongside the project criteria to determine if they qualify and can then complete an Expression of Interest form.
