QMS releases ‘Simple Summer Cooking’ publication

QMS has launched a new publication Simple Summer Cooking which encourages consumers to use Scotch Beef PGI, Scotch Lamb PGI and Specially Selected Pork in summer recipes.

The collection of easy-to-follow recipes has been created for consumers during the summer season.

Graeme Sharp, QMS marketing executive said: “Summer is a great time for relaxing and getting together with friends and family. Having meals you can prepare without fuss or spending ages cooking is ideal. With this in mind, we have put together a helpful guide of popular cuts of meat and delicious recipes that are quick to cook and perfect for eating indoors or out.”

The booklet contains recipes such as homemade burgers, warm lamb salads, chili basil kebabs and lamb sausage pizzas.

The new recipe publication will be available at around 300 Scotch Butchers Club shops across the UK.
