Scottish Meat Trades Fair returns
The Scottish Meat Trades Fair is to be held for the first time since 2013 at Dewar’s Centre, Perth on Sunday 10th May 2015.
Organised by the SFMTA (Scottish Federation of Meat Traders’ Association) on behalf of Scotland’s independent butchers, the one-day event is a show for the retail meat trade in Scotland.
This year’s special attractions include The Scottish Championship for Haggis and Pork Sausage, Meat Skills Competition, Tri Nation GB Team Selection final, the presentation of training awards to Federation students and the presentation of Savoury Product and Best Beefburger in Scotland Awards.
