Institute of Meat confirms Meatup 2019 sponsorship
The Institute of Meat (IoM) will once again sponsor the main competition arena at the Meatup exhibition which takes place at ArenaMK in Milton Keynes on 30th and 31st October 2019. The trade show, which is the only event of its kind dedicated to the UK meat industry, will present top class craft competitions in the arena, an established feature of the show which is always popular with visitors.

The chief executive of the IoM Keith Fisher was enthusiastic about prospects for Meatup 2019: “We are very pleased to be involved with this important show and looking forward to joining with the industry at the superb modern venue located in Milton Keynes next October. This is the fifth show that we have supported over a ten year period and have been involved from the very start. Meatup is a great way to network and meet a wide range of people from the trade all under one roof.
“The competitions bring the show alive and it’s also good to hear that Neil Hunt will once again be master of ceremonies at Meatup 2019, which really helps the dynamic of the Competition Arena and its entertainment value to visitors. I am sure we are in for two excellent days at the Meatup show and we are all really looking forward to it.”

Meatup has recently announced that it is changing dates from its previous summer timing to become an autumn show. Organisers say this follows research indicating that autumn would be preferred by most potential visitors.
