Sausage campaign launched by debbie&andrew’s

Debbie&andrew’s has invested £100,000 in a six month autumn/winter marketing campaign, Quest for the Best, which will target a new audience for the company and highlight the year round appeal of sausages.

Andy Bates will front the campaign from debbie&andrew’s.

The campaign is to be fronted by TV presenter, chef and street food champion, Andy Bates and will feature a series of short films to demonstrate the sausage-making process and how sausages can be part of a meal throughout the year.

Debbie&andrew’s spokesman, Ian Bagnall said: “We want to reach young people as they start deciding what food suits their lifestyle and their budgets and show them why sausages are great food. Great content delivered through social media and digital channels is the most effective way to reach this audience.”

Andy Bates added: “I want to encourage people to explore what makes something taste good. I think it is important to use fresh, quality ingredients and also to understand where they come from. There is a real feeling that this is the right time to get everyone thinking again about what we eat and how it’s made.”
