The 2014 British Pig & Poultry Fair will offer free technical forums, delivering a wealth of advice to help pig and poultry farmers grow their business.

Set to take place on 13th-14th May, the event will include technical forums offering advice that can be practically implemented on-farm to help drive business growth.

There will be a focus on energy diversification on-farm and a Planning forum - ‘Planning permission – the path to success’ - is for any producers considering expansion on their unit.

Other forums being delivered over the two day event will include raw material security, the use of media to positively promote the industry, as well as the outlook for both the pig and poultry sector.

It is a free event, but those wishing to attend are reminded that they are required to register. Registration opens on the 1st March 2014 and can be completed online at www.pigandpoultry.org.uk
