Following a week of product judging at Harper Adams University, which concluded on Friday 13th June, the annual Meat Management Meat Industry Awards are off to a flying start this year with product nominations and voting well up on the same period last year, according to organisers YPL Exhibitions & Events.
“We are seeing an amazing level of participation and interest again this year,” commented Meat Management magazine publisher Graham Yandell MBE. “It is always very rewarding to see the diverse range of products that were entered from all parts of the industry, including major players in retail, manufacturing and foodservice and we had another amazing week evaluating a fantastic range of entries.”
Ceremony plans progressing well
Organisers have also revealed that ABP are once again to be this year’s sponsors of the main course at the ceremony and dinner in Birmingham on 18th September.
Yandell added: “ABP have agreed to provide the top quality meat for our main course at the Awards dinner this coming September. The beef main course was superb in 2024 I know that our guests can once again look forward to a memorable event and a great dinner too.”
