New competition for MEATUP 2013
The National Federation of Meat & Food Traders is to launch a brand new retailing competition at MEATUP 2013.
The Premier Meat Products Competition will take place on Tuesday 2nd July at the NEC Birmingham. “We will be releasing details of the new search for excellence in the near future,” said NFMFT’s chief executive, Roger Kelsey. “Entrants will be able to pre-register their entries and we anticipate a high level of interest. This will be a real opportunity for retailers to show some of the innovative and premier products they have developed and trialled in their own businesses.”
Emma Cash, the show organiser commented: “We are delighted to be working with the Federation once again and I can confirm that other butcher competitions are also being planned and for those bringing along entries for the Premier Products event there will be plenty to see and do whilst the Federation judges get to work!. We will also be releasing details of a major conference that will be running alongside the event too. The Countdown to 2013 has certainly begun!”
