FIDGET PIE

Pies, which must contain either beef, veal, lamb or mutton steak (or a combination of these) sourced from a quality assurance scheme, can be entered into one of the two categories below:

Foodservice

Open to:

a) Independent pubs or restaurants based in England that make and serve pies on the premises.

b) Foodservice groups (including contract caterers and pub or restaurant chains) based in England that serve pies in their establishments.

c) Manufacturers/catering butchers that produce pies for sale in foodservice establishments based in England.

Retail

Open to:

a) Independent retail butchers based in England that make and sell pies on the premises.

b) Multiple retailers/manufacturers that produce pies for sale in multiple retail outlets based in England.

Entry forms and full terms and conditions are available to download from www.eblextrade.co.uk - all entries must be submitted by Friday 5th April 2013, after which samples will be judged by a panel of industry experts.
