The Butcher’s and Drovers’ Charitable Institution (BDCI) will be revealing a new initiative for the charity at this year’s annual Festival Dinner.
The Festival Dinner will be taking place on 20th October in The Great Room at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
Compering on the night will be all-round entertainer, Brian Conley, who will not only be hosting the dinner but will be revealing the new initiative.
The night will include lots of audience participation with the intention of placing the BDCI at the forefront of people’s minds.
The dinner will include an evening of fine dining, live music and all-round entertainment. The 8- piece party band, The Vanity Killers will be performing a mix of music from rock, pop, jazz and swing.
As a charity, the BDCI heavily relies on fundraising events and therefore the evening will also consist of a Charity Auction and Raffle.
The BDCI is a charity which offers support for those who work or have worked in the meat industry and have fallen on hard times or are in need of assistance.
Julien Pursglove, BDCI Festival Chairman, said: “I am so very much looking forward to welcoming you and your guests to the 2017 BDCI Festival Dinner, at which we’ll be premiering our forthcoming Lean On Us campaign.
“This is the next phase of BDCI’s continuing commitment to providing support for those from our industry who find themselves in need.”
