EBLEX showcased its cuts of Quality Standard Mark (QSM) beef and lamb to Spain’s foodservice professionals at an industry show in Madrid.

Representatives from the foodservice sector and members of the public were joined by British ambassador to Spain, Simon Manley and Spanish agriculture minister, Isabel García Tejerina.

Susana Morris, EBLEX export manager, said: “The response from the foodservice industry professionals and the public was excellent and their reaction to our products has been extremely positive.

“The variety, versatility and quality of the cuts of meat allow chefs to innovate and offer new dining options to their customers, with the lamb dishes, in particular, proving to be a big hit.”
