Award-winning West Yorkshire butcher, national chairman of the Butchers Q Guild and Meat Management columnist Brindon Addy is undertaking a £160,000 extension project set to effectively double the retail area of his Kirklees shop near Holmfirth in its milestone 21st anniversary year.
