The publisher of Meat Management, Yandell Publishing Ltd., is to launch a brand new business magazine in the spring. Food Management Today is planned to be a vibrant and modern quality alternative for the food processing and manufacturing sector, both in print and online format.
Food Management Today will be published six times over the full year with bi-monthly frequency. Content will include company profiles, retailing trends, leading industry interviews, political and legislative information and news, equipment and machinery, supply and raw materials, ingredients, R&D, chilled and frozen foods and a whole lot more. Editor Pam Brook added: “FMT will offer the market a new opportunity and a bright innovative future for food industry media. We are really looking forward to broadening our media involvement with the wider food industry and have been delighted with the feedback we have received to our announcement.”
