Scotch Beef PGI, courtesy of Quality Meat Scotland, will take centre stage at the 2016 FMT Industry Awards Lunch.

Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix is to host the Awards presentation lunch in London on 10th February 2016 at The Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington.

The FMT Awards product judging was completed last week at Harper Adams University but there is still time to cast your vote in certain categories as the closing date is 1st October 2015.
