In early 2025, the range will be expanded to include the FSL600 and the NSA600 AB versions to run alongside the market leading NSL600 and NSA600 slicing machines.

The FSL and NSA RTE versions offer both standalone and fully automated cooked meat slicing machines that are designed and built for this sector; both machines offer high throughput, high quality slice and machine frames that can be fully sanitised.

FSL600 – Superior slice quality with superior cleanability

Thanks to the gentle slicing action, typical for the Grasselli slicing range, the FSL600 can deliver superior slice quality at a high throughput on cooked meat products.

The electrical, pneumatical and hydraulic systems have been moved from the frame of the machine to a side box. This allows for full sanitation of the frame both inside and outside with high-pressure water. The IP69K motor allows for cleaning on a daily basis for high-risk RTE products.

NSA600-AB and B version

The NSA range allows for full automation of the slicing process, with in-feed and out-feed conveyers, the range can produce more than 1,500kg per hour of high-quality product. The NSA-AB version offers the customer further options for slicing products up to 125mm in height.

The NSA600-AB allows full sanitation, with low-pressure water both inside and outside. This is a big advantage for RTE producers.
