The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the awards ceremony.
Graham Yandell MBE, publisher of Meat Management magazine, which stages the awards, commented: “I am delighted to finally reveal this year’s shortlist. Each and every person, trade organisation, training scheme provider and business is deserving of a win, but there can only be one winner for every category!
“We are set for another fantastic awards ceremony on 18th September, and I know dinner guests will have a wonderful time catching up with colleagues and friends alike as we celebrate the industry’s best.
“It is our pleasure, as the UK’s primary meat trade media, to bring the industry together for a unique night of networking and positivity at the award presentations, and we are all really looking forward to a great occasion.”
