Two new seminars have been added to the programme at the Food Science & Technology Show on 30th June and 1st July.

Dr Craig Leadley, Innovative Processing Technologies section manager at Campden BRI will be discussing Food Manufacturing of the Future, with an emphasis on what will be happening in the factory in the future.

Also Dr Pretima Titoria from Leatherhead Food Research will asking: What is Nanotechnology and its Potential for the Food Industry and for Food Ingredients?
