Head of agriculture for Morrisons Plc David Evans presented The Challenge of Scale For The Benefit of the Consumer at the annual Temperton Fellowship for Poultry Research event at the Farmers Club, London.Evans’ research paper explored a number of factors which will test the planet’s output of food production and methods of supply in the future and he also considered how future food systems could evolve.

After his presentation David Evans received the Award from Temperton Fellowship chairman Peel Holroyd and commented: “It’s an interesting and difficult topic.
