The product judging for the Food Management Today Industry Awards was completed at Harper Adams University last week with over 400 products cooked, tried and tested by the judging panel.

Meat Management and Food Management Today editor, Pamela Brook was amongst the judging panel and said: "The response to the Awards has been tremendous. We have had entries from all the major multiples, food manufacturers, the foodservice and independent sectors.

"The votes and verdicts are now all in and we are looking forward to a sell out Food Management Today Industry Awards Lunch at Plaisterers' Hall in London on January 29th 2015 when all the winners, finalists and highly commended will be revealed."
