Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) will celebrate the start of the Chinese New Year and the passing of the Year of the Sheep on Monday by featuring Welsh Lamb on all of its digital marketing platforms.

During the whole of February, the HCC’s Welsh Lamb website and Facebook page will offer inspiration for Chinese-style meals with recipes such as Welsh Lamb kebabs with BBQ sauce, crisp Welsh Lamb breast with five-spice, slow-cooked welsh lamb shoulder with Chinese spices and Chinese-style Welsh meatballs brother.

“We love the different spices you can use in Chinese cooking with its sweet and sour combinations,” brand marketing executive at HCC, Pip Gill, said. “Why not celebrate this weekend by creating a fantastic Welsh Lamb banquet?”
