According to reports on Reuters news wires Charles Doux, is prepared to sell a stake in his French poultry group, Doux, following its collapse several weeks ago.
In an interview with the Journal Du Dimanche, he indicated his desire to help the business pull through saying: “ I am ready to open up the capital to ensure the integrity of the group. If necessary I will discuss this in one month when we will be out of this urgency period.”
However, Reuters reported that on Friday of last week one of the administrators claimed the group was seeking a buyer to take over the entire business and ensure its survival.
