Kerry Maxwell joined the British Poultry Council in 2020. A communications expert with a Masters in International Relations and Global Communications, she has designed campaigns around food security, avian influenza, sustainability, and the future of poultry meat production in a rapidly changing world.

In her columns, Kerry enjoys delving into the intersection of policy and communication, aiming to foster an informed public discourse on critical issues. Kerry is also building the UK's reputation with the global poultry industry in her work with the International Poultry Council and the International Poultry Welfare Alliance.
