Kick start autumn beef and lamb sales with new promotional pack

EBLEX Quality Standard Mark (QSM) Scheme member butchers will shortly receive some fantastic new promotional material to help drive sales of quality assured beef and lamb this autumn.

Get Cook in Autumn Montage

The autumn promotional support pack includes two new point-of-sale (POS) kits as well as a ‘consumer confidence’ poster to display in store. The poster demonstrates to customers that the high quality beef and lamb on offer is traceable back to the farm.

The first new kit, themed ‘Get Cook-in’ is designed to encourage customers to enjoy cooking with beef and lamb at home. It contains a selection of materials including: two posters, 100 beef recipe leaflets, 100 lamb recipe leaflets and 80 copies of the autumn edition of the Simply recipe book.

The second POS kit has been specifically developed to drive sales of beef and lamb roasting joints this autumn. The ‘Carvery’ range comprises a number of new product ideas, designed to appeal to shoppers with busy lifestyles and smaller families. This kit includes detailed cutting specifications for reference.

Autumn is a great time for lamb, so to highlight its availability there are two posters and 100 recipe cards included in the Carvery POS kit, featuring a mini roast and a traditional leg of lamb.

Veal Kit Autumn MontageAdditionally, in response to the increasing customer demand for Veal, EBLEX has created a Veal POS kit. The promotional material includes inspirational cooking and meal ideas. Scheme members can order the kit free of charge by calling the QSM Hotline.
