Lidl recalls chicken thighs
Lidl has recalled its Italiamo Italian Style Chicken Thighs due to incorrect labelling.
The recall specifically refers to Lidl’s 450g pack of Italiamo Italian Style Chicken Thighs, which have been incorrectly labelled with a ‘use by’ date of 16th December 2016.
The company has displayed point-of-sale recall notices in its stores and on its website.
In its statement Lidl said: “If you have bought [Italiamo Italian Style Chicken Thighs, 450g, with a use by date of 16.12.2016] please return it to a Lidl UK store for a full refund.”
No other date codes are affected by this recall.
