Mariani Foods is exclusive supplier of bespoke Beef Jerky to Selfridges
Mariani Foods, a leading producer of premium beef jerky, has secured a deal with prestigious department store, Selfridges, to supply its London, Birmingham and Manchester stores with a bespoke range of its beef jerky for their Food Hall delicatessen counters. It will be the exclusive supplier of all beef jerky products.
Mariani Foods has created three varieties of beef jerky exclusively for the department store, which are now on sale. The varieties include an Original beef jerky; Bulgogi, a sweet teriyaki-style; and Spicy Chilli. The product is hand-sliced in front of the customer and sold at approximately £6 per 100g.

This is testament to our product’s premium quality as well as our 30-year heritage of producing quality beef jerky. Now around 500,000 shoppers a week will have a chance to try our new-generation beef jerky with its unique soft texture.”
Mariani Foods has been producing premium jerky for over 30 years and supplying into the Australian, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. It recently launched four new products under its premium Legends brand, which represents its quality product offering and heritage. Its ‘soft’ beef jerky is made from selected free roaming grass fed cattle specifically suited to the product and process.
The beef jerky is available in Selfridges at an average price of £6 per 100g. Legends Soft Beef Jerky (Original, Bulgogi and Nice ‘N’ Spicy) will be available later this year. Mariani Soft Beef Jerky is currently available nationally in Tesco and Costco stores as well as selected independent wholesalers and petrol forecourt chains at RRP £1.99.
