Moy Park brings BBQ back with a bang for summer
Ireland’s chicken brand Moy Park is bringing back its BBQ range for summer.
The product range will see the return of three familiar items, with the addition of four brand new products including Texas BBQ Chicken Steaks, Chicken Burgers, Piri Piri Chicken Wings and Honey Chilli Chicken Breast Chunks.
The addition of the four new products to the BBQ range are said to have been inspired by recent market trends including takeaways and flavours from around the globe. The seven lines aim to strengthen the brand’s current offering to consumer’s taking the hassle out of summer mealtimes, whilst not comprising on taste and variety.
Ellen Wright, Senior Brand manager at Moy Park commented: “We are delighted to mark the beginning of summer, with the return of our popular BBQ range. At Moy Park we pride ourselves on constantly innovating our product offering in line with changing consumer habits and trends. We are really excited about introducing four new products to the range, allowing us to extend our BBQ range for our consumers.
“In addition to our new BBQ range, we are launching an on-pack promotion for our consumers to ‘Win their weekly shop’ as part of the brand’s 80th birthday celebrations.
“The product pack features a peel and reveal QR code, offering 80 chances to win a £/€100 weekly shop. The campaign will be supported by a multi-channel media campaign featuring out of home advertising, social media influencers, sampling and radio promotion.”
The BBQ range will be available to purchase in Tesco NI, Asda NI and other select retailers.
