To help develop existing and potential export markets in Asia, EBLEX’s export team is preparing to highlight Quality Standard Mark (QSM) beef and lamb cuts during HOFEX, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre this month.
From 6th to 9th May, EBLEX will provide a platform for networking, butchery demonstrations and a chance to sample beef and lamb dishes cooked up with the help of Hong Kong-based chef Michael Erlik.
According to EBLEX’s export manager, Jean-Pierre Garnier, an extensive beef and lamb export programme will continue to help deliver benefits to the entire supply chain: “Developing new export opportunities and cultivating the potential in existing markets continues to be one of the cornerstones of EBLEX’s work, helping maximise returns throughout the supply chain. Therefore, HOFEX is a key date in the industry calendar.”
