Savoury pastry brand, Ginsters of Cornwall, has revealed its new livery and future product development plans.

The new livery is rolling out across its range including pasties, slices, sausage rolls and savoury snacks.

It includes a refreshed logo and a new design, created using a traditional wood carving technique. Each design tells the Ginsters provenance story with artwork that plays to the brand’s Cornish heritage.

Baking in Cornwall since 1969, Ginsters is known for taking Cornish pasties to the nation and has claimed to be one of the top brands across all major multiples and convenience outlets.

As well as this, its value growth of +16.1% brings 650,000 households to the category in the last 12 months.

First sight of the new iteration appeared on the brand perimeter LED boards at the EFL Play-Off Finals at Wembley Stadium over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

The new livery comes hard on the heels of recent new product development, with more planned for the autumn.

Ginsters managing director, Kieran Hemsworth, comments: “We are incredibly proud of our Cornish heritage, our commitment to only using British meat, and our unique taste - all of which make up our award-winning pasties and slices.

“As category leaders we will pave the way for exciting product development and innovation, bringing new audiences into the aisle. We are driving the category by meeting consumer-demand for on-trend flavours and the latest consumer-lifestyle choices.”

The new look will be available on the shelves from early July.
