Meat Management magazine has announced its partnership of Team GB for the World Butchers’ Challenge 2018 (WBC).

The market leading meat industry publication will provide financial support and publicity to Team GB, known as the British Beefeaters, and will be backing the team online and in print as the official trade media partner.

The WBC competition will see butchers from Great Britain, France (current champions), Australia, New Zealand, USA, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, South Africa, Greece and Spain battling it out for the world championship title.

This year’s competition will be hosted by Butchery Excellence Ireland, and takes place at IFEX 2018 on 21st March at the Titanic Exhibition Centre, Belfast.
