NI backs down over ‘food operative’ apprenticeship

The Agri-Food Sectorial Partnership of Northern Ireland has withdrawn its proposals of a single cluster apprenticeship to replace specific qualifications for butchers, bakers and fishmongers following resistance from the meat industry.
