Pork exports on the road to recovery says AHDB

In a recent AHDB blog Jonathan Eckley, head of Asia Pacific (Livestock) at AHDB said that despite the challenges exports remain critical to the pork sector. In the first seven months of 2021 almost 225,000 tonnes of British pork was shipped overseas, recovering to pre-pandemic levels.
