Following Sam Mitchell's move to MD of Savoury Pastry at Samworth Brothers, Stephanie Hildon will be taking over as managing director of Cornwall-based pastry company Ginsters.
Ginsters produces Cornish pasties, cajun chicken bakes, sausage rolls and steak slices from its manufacturing facility in Cornwall.
Sam Mitchell, outgoing Ginsters managing director, said: "Leading the Ginsters team has been an absolute privilege. I am delighted I will still be working with the Ginsters brand in my new role at Samworth Brothers and am confident that Stephanie will do a brilliant job as MD.

Currently chief executive of Langmead Herbs, Hildon reportedly brings a "passion and energy for driving the vision of the business", with Ginsters stating that she is "enthusiastic about working with the team at Ginsters to continue to accelerate the brand's growth".
