Tom Finn has been with Kepak for over 27 years, starting as a graduate and progressing through the business to his most recent role as chief commercial officer and now CEO.
Finn has been with Kepak for over 27 years, starting as a graduate and progressing through the business to his most recent role as chief commercial officer. In this position, he was “instrumental” in supporting Kepak’s increased UK meat processing footprint through the integration of acquired sites, including St Merryn and McIntosh, into the wider Kepak Group.
He has a “broad knowledge” of the meat industry built on a background in farming and butchery, and completed a BA in Agricultural Science from University College, Dublin.
