Bettcher will present advanced solutions for skinning and trimming, including the Cyclone Skinner™, which reduces hand fatigue for greater productivity and easier working conditions. Attendees will also see the Quantum Flex TrimVac®, which combines cutting and vacuum to ease removal of specific risk materials in beef processing, and the robust, innovative Whizard Versa™ Trimmer, with an ergonomic TWIST-N-GO head, easy-to-maintain quick-change blade technology and a multi-speed option.
Frontmatec develops automation solutions for red meat processing, focusing on maximising efficiency, quality, and profitability. The group offers solutions for the entire value chain. Frontmatec also provides control systems, MES software, hygiene, logistics, and packaging systems. The company will present a comprehensive range of solutions at the show.
Frontmatec will join with two partners at IFFA, the Danish Technological Institute’s Danish Meat Research Institute (DMRI) and Völur, a leader in AI for sorting, scheduling, and planning.
MHM Automation provides innovative product handling, chilling and freezing solutions that transform efficiency, sustainability, safety, and quality. At IFFA, MHM will demonstrate an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) for material handling. MHM representatives also will present use cases and innovations through VR and on-screen demonstrations.
LIMA. A leader in mechanical separation, LIMA offers solutions for the poultry, red meat, and fish industries, to maximise co-product profits with robust labour-saving mechanical equipment.
As a leader in mechanical separation, LIMA, offers solutions for the poultry, red meat, and fish industries to maximise co-product profits with robust labour-saving mechanical equipment.
Lima will present its highest-capacity meat-bone separator, the RM 2000 S for the poultry industry, the RM 700 DSPM de-boner designed to process hard bones and recover optimal meat yields. LIMA will also showcase the RM 180 GDM grinder/de-sinewer which separates bone chips, cartilage and hard connective tissues to produce the best quality not mechanically separated but truly ground meat.
Nothum designs advanced equipment for breading, battering, and frying. At IFFA, it will showcase the SuperFlex Homestyle Breading Machine, adaptable to various types of coating, the BatterPro All-in-One, which chills, mixes, and applies batter or tempura with controlled viscosity. The VersaCoat Flatbed Breading Machine, with low-charge breading system, reduces changeover and downtime. Additionally, Northum will display the ProTherm Continuous Fryer, which maintains oil quality and reduces consumption, and the EzFlow Oil Filter, which optimises oil lifespan.
REICH, Germany’s oldest name in thermoprocessing systems for food, is a global leader in solutions for meat, poultry, fish, cheese, vegan products, and pet food. Its approach combines quality with high performance and efficiency. At IFFA, REICH will present advanced technologies that offer maximum efficiency, flexibility, and adaptability, helping processors remain competitive in a constantly evolving market.
