Yorkshire Premier Meats MBO signed off
The ANM Group has confirmed it has successfully concluded the legal sign-off for the management buyout of its Yorkshire Premier Meats business.
The management buyout team of Keith McCall, the former Finance Director of ANM Group and Jim Jaffray, formerly head of the ANM Meat Division, officially took over Yorkshire Premier Meats on 5th January 2013.
ANM Group will retain a 25% stake in the business. Yorkshire Premier Meats supplies the ready meals market and is based at South Kirkby near Pontefract in West Yorkshire.
