Anticipation builds for the Women In Meat Industry Awards
The Women In Meat Industry Awards will return next week, rewarding the best of the best at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
On Friday 17th November, the black-tie dinner and awards ceremony will be held at the five-star Royal Lancaster Hotel for the first time following a hugely successful 2022 event.
Royal correspondent, broadcaster and journalist Jennie Bond is set to present the 12, prestigious awards at a sparkling ceremony, recognising individuals and the outstanding talent they exhibit within the meat sector.
Jennie, who is the voice of Great British Menu, has been on a range of television and radio programmes, covering serious topics in documentaries to covering Debbie Harry on Stars in Their Eyes. She is well-known for her time on ITV’s I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out Of Here!, where she was a runner-up in the third season. Her time as a royal correspondent has given her plenty of anecdotes pertaining to the Royal Family and their eating habits, of which you can read more about here.

“We are so pleased to welcome Jennie Bond as our celebrity guest, and I’m sure she will do a fantastic job presenting the awards alongside their category partners.
“There is a wealth of talent in the meat industry, and it is an honour to organise such a well-received event that continues to challenge industry stereotypes and conventional ideas about employment.”
