The 2025 Women In Meat Industry Awards campaign is now fully underway and is offering the opportunity for companies and individuals across the meat and food industry to nominate candidates.
The annual Awards is the biggest and most important initiative which recognises the significant and growing contribution that women make across the meat sector.
All winners will be revealed at a 5-star ceremony and dinner later this year, which once again is taking pride of place at the prestigious Royal Lancaster Hotel, London on 21st November.

Nomination Process
The online nomination process is open until Friday 27th June. After this initial deadline the selected finalists will go through to the online voting stage of the awards.
The coveted overall Meat Businesswoman of the Year recipient will be chosen from one of the category winners by a judging panel and recent winners of this top award are:
- 2018: Lisa Hand – Dunbia
- 2019: Lucianne Allen – Aubrey Allen
- 2020: Margaret Boanas – IMTA
- 2021: Lindsay Murphy – Booker
- 2022: Michelle Low – Morrisons Manufacturing / Woodhead Bros
- 2023: Julia Hewerdine – Dunbia
- 2024: Nompilo Sibanda – Pilgrim’s Europe
