Butchers, supermarkets, foodservice and manufacturers across the UK will be involved. The week commences with a celebration lunch on 27th October 2025 at the prestigious Butchers’ Hall, London, when the UK Supreme Sausage Champion will be revealed alongside a host of category winners.

The national product competition to find this year’s sausage champions will be judged in August and the deadline for product nominations is 1st August. Once nominated by using the online form, all entrants will receive full instructions about how and where to send their sausage products.
