Last chance to enter the prestigious MM Awards

The deadline for product nominations in the 2016 Meat Management Industry Awards is fast approaching, so if you’ve not yet entered any products, be quick and enter now!

The closing date is this Friday, 26th February at 4.30pm.

Entry is simple: visit meatmanagement.com/product-entry and fill out the online form.

Products will then be cooked, tasted and judged by industry experts over three days next month at Harper Adams University.

This year there are eight product categories in which you can enter your products, including brand new for 2016 the Best ‘Free-From’ Product category.

Other product categories to enter are: Britain’s Best Sausage, Britain’s Best Burger, Britain’s Best Meat Pie, Britain’s Best Lamb Product, Britain’s Best Beef Product, Britain’s Best Pork Product and Best Poultry Product.

Other awards include Manufacturer of the Year and Training Scheme of the Year. For a full list of categories, click here.

Entry is completely free, the only requirement is that your products are manufactured in the UK.

Awards organiser Emma Cash said: “The Meat Management Industry Awards is the biggest and best event in the UK meat industry and this is certainly reflected in the volume, range and quality of product nominations we have recieved so far.
