Graham Yandell MBE, publisher of Meat Management magazine, who organise UKSW commented: “Nominating sausage products now will allow good time for us to respond and for entrants to plan product delivery. Winning sausages and shortlisted finalists normally see a very substantial boost to sales and can generate wide publicity, so I do hope as many businesses as possible will participate.

“We have already received a large number of nominations, and I am sure the UKSW judging panel will have a very interesting few days selecting the best of the best from the hundreds of entries we receive!”
