Meat Management invests in compostable wrapping
Meat Management is to be the first in its field to introduce compostable wrapping for its print issues from January 2020.
Editor Pam Brook said: “I’m delighted that from January Meat Management, and its sister magazine, Food Management Today, will be delivered to its audience in bio-degrable bags, which can be thrown away with food or plant waste.”
Graham Yandell, publisher of the magazines added: “We will no longer wrap magazines in single use plastic. As you would expect from the leading magazines in their respective fields we are proud to add this initiative as part of our environmental commitment and have made a significant investment to develop this.”
