The National Federation of Meat & Food Traders (NFMFT) will stage a one day event called the Spring Roadshow on 15th March.
The event will be hosted at the Windmill Village Hotel in Coventry and will include a barbeque competition.
The day will be dedicated to connecting visitors with a range of exhibitors specialising in ingredients and packaging through to sundries and equipment.
The afternoon will feature demonstrations and a Butchers Forum offering both visitors and exhibitors the opportunity to network and explore ways to optimise product development.
With a nod to the upcoming summer months, the Spring Roadshow will also include a barbeque competition, open to both NFMFT members and non-members.
This competition will be judged live during the day with awards across seven categories, plus the special awards of Innovative BBQ Product and Champion BBQ Product of the day.
Evaluation forms will be available on the day and judges will be available to talk through the results with competitors.
The event will conclude at around 6pm with a complimentary hot fork buffet for all visitors, followed by results of the day’s competition and presentation of trophies and certificates.
Further details of the event plus information on how to enter the barbeque competition can be found at www.nfmft.co.uk.
