FSA hits back over rare steaks row

Following Charles Campion's article in the Daily Mail stating that the Food Standards Agency had 'issued "guidance" that meat in restaurants should be cooked until no pink remains,'the FSA has written to the journalist explaining rare steaks are safe to eat.
