Wilkinson joined the business after serving as CEO of AHDB, where he led a transformational five-year strategy.

With experience in agricultural leadership, including his tenure as global vice president of Agriculture at Arla Foods and senior positions at Tesco, Graham brings a wealth of insight and expertise to Sofina Foods Europe.

Wilkinson will reportedly lead Sofina’s agricultural strategy across its European operations, focusing on building resilient supply chains, enhancing sustainability and strengthening relationships with farming communities.
