Sausage brand Heck has published its financial results for the year ended 31st July 2024.
In 2024, Heck reported a turnover of £24.6 million, up from its 2023 turnover of £23.8 million. Gross profit for 2024 amounted to £7.2 million, an increase from 2023’s profit of £6.4 million.
Heck’s operating profit for the year ended 31st July was £425,133. For 2023, the operating profit reached £238,753.
For 2023, Heck reported a total equity of £2.65 million, while 2024 saw the brand achieve a total equity of £2.61 million.
Andrew Keeble, Heck managing director, said: “After a year of high inflation in 2023 our priority was on consolidation and improving margins, investing in people and efficiencies.
“In 2024, our focus has been on our long-term growth plans, including innovation and introduction of our H.E.C.K. Code, which includes our commitment to our community and the environment.
“We invested 250% of our profit last year on sustainability and our environmental program. In 2025 we are on target for 25% growth year on year in line with our long-term growth ambition.”
