Following last year’s successful event, the Worshipful Company of Butchers (WCB) will once again host punk-inspired executive coach Carol Glover for a day of empowering established and emerging leaders.

Carol Glover spoke at Butchers’ Hall in 2025.

The event, which is sponsored by the Association of Independent Meat Suppliers (AIMS), will take place from 10.00am - 3.30pm on Tuesday 19th May 2026 at Butchers’ Hall in London, and is open to Liverymen and non-Liverymen.

Glover will return to Butchers’ Hall to encourage a ‘Brave New You’ as part of an empowering day designed specifically for leaders and business owners navigating change, pressure and uncertainty in the food industry.

The day will follow the Brave New You 7 framework:

  • Create who you are
  • Commit to your growth
  • Connect with your squad
  • Co-create your leadership style
  • Challenge traditional thinking
  • Change the future
  • Celebrate you

Participants will engage in structured breakout discussions, strength exercises, practical mindset tools and a dynamic panel on coping with change, and the day will be highly interactive.

According to WCB, the tone of the event will be “energising, honest and forward-looking”, and will aim to leave participants feeling clearer, braver, more capable and more connected.

The dress code is business attire, and tickets include refreshments on arrival and a finger buffet lunch.
